Payments

Poli – This payment method allows you to pay instantly via your bank account using Internet Banking.  There are no extra fees, its free and you don’t have to register with Poli.  You do need to have access to Internet Banking set up with your bank. Transactions are protected by your Internet Banking security.  Your confidential information is not disclosed to any third party including Poli or The Natural Collective Ltd (t/a The Black Kettle Co).  Poli does not collect data such as usernames and passwords.   For more information please visit https://www.polipayments.com/Security

Direct Debit – Orders paid by direct deposit are processed once the payment has been received.  This may take up to 2 working days.

Collection of Information

The Natural Collective Ltd (t/a The Black Kettle Co)’s website contains forms which collect personal information about our customers. We will only use this information to the extent authorised by the customer.

By shopping on the website the Customer authorises The Natural Collective to collect, retain and use their personal information for:

  • processing the customer’s registration application
  • sending the customer advertising or promotional material
  • undertaking any dealings or transactions with the customer;
  • enforcing any legal or other rights The Natural Collective (t/a The Black Kettle Co) may have with the customer

Shipping & Refunds

Delivery

Orders can only be delivered to a valid physical address in NZ.  We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

Orders received on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be processed on the next business day.

Orders with Chilled Goods are shipped Monday – Wednesday to ensure they are not in transit over the weekend.

No deliveries are made on weekends and public holidays.

Damaged Goods

We don’t take responsibility for damage incurred during shipping.

However, any goods received that have been damaged in transit please notifiy us within 7 days to assist with damage claims.  Any extra details, including photographs, would also be very helpful.   All items are quality control checked prior to packaging & shipping.

Returns & Refunds

We will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantee Act 1993.  If you receive a product that is defective or of poor quality, please provide us with the opportunity to replace the item/s at our cost.

Refunds are made by bank transfer to the bank account it was originally made from.

Chilled Goods (Latte Bases)

Chilled goods can only be shipped Monday to Wednesday.

We cannot guarantee the condition of our chilled goods delivered outside of the Bay of Plenty area. Please understand that these items are ordered at your own risk.

Any claims need to be made within 24 hours.

We do our best to ensure that our chilled products arrive in good condition. By packaging them with Frozen Gel Packs and wrapped or boxed in Insulating material.  Such packages are marked to be stored refridgerated at courier depots while in transit.

Please examine your goods upon arrival then refrigerate immediately.  If you suspect that the product has suffered heat exposure or, upon opening, the product has a distinct odour (other than what would be appropriate for the type of product) please notify us as soon as possible, and within 24 hours, to ensure we are able to assist.  In ordering chilled items you understand that it is at your risk, however, we will help to rectify any concerns based on case by case anaylsis.
